Cuckoo Clock – The Bavarian Guesthouse

A cuckoo clock with a Bavarian styled beer house. The beer drinkers raise their mugs to each other while the waitress in her Bavarian costume looks on and shakes her head. The movements take place in time to the cuckoo call which is once on the half hour and on the full hour according to the time. Two alternating melodies – Edelweiss and Happy Wanderer – play every hour while the water wheel turns and the figurines on the balcony dance around to the music. The clock is personally signed at the back by the manufacturer Adolf Herr . His signature guarantees the experience of 7 generations of clock-workmanship. This clock comes with a certificate of authenticity (AHC). Clock Movement: 8-Day(weekly wind-up) Regula rack strike movement with night off. Clock-Face: HerrZeit Wooden dial, diameter 3,9 Inch (10 cm), with wooden hands. Dancing Figurines: Handcarved and handpainted wooden couples in Black Forest costume. Pendulum: HerrZeit bolt pendulum with fine adjustment. Musical Movement: musical movment (22 tones) with two different melodies (Edelweiß & The Happy Wanderer).
